Exchange Coffee

We are Coffee Roasters & Tea Merchants in Blackburn, Clitheroe, Skipton & Todmorden, with 3 roasting shops and 2 coffee bars. Our Wholesale team can supply espresso machines, full barista training and our engineers provide service and repair. All our coffee is hand roasted in small batches often to order.

    The Brief

    Build a website for Exchange Coffee that does what the name implies – sells coffee – but also conveys the team’s knowledge and passion.

    The Result

    Coffee is always a serious subject but ,during the pandemic, it took on a new role as ‘life saver’ for EC’s customer-base. The eCommerce site we built was vital in helping the team get supplies to both consumers and their own shops.

    Features include:

    • Cross-referenced products: under the categories of coffee, tea, and treats, the site enables Exchange Coffee to sell a variety of products, kit and services.
    • Subscription database: managing regular deliveries of coffee subscription ‘packages’.
    • Click & Collect: a really simple selection and fulfilment process enabling customers to click and collect or take delivery.
