- Cross-referenced products: under the categories of coffee, tea, and treats, the site enables Exchange Coffee to sell a variety of products, kit and services.
- Subscription database: managing regular deliveries of coffee subscription ‘packages’.
- Click & Collect: a really simple selection and fulfilment process enabling customers to click and collect or take delivery.
